The Cat Residence Colombo | Cat Boarding

Effective Date: July 2025

By using our website and booking our cat boarding services, you agree to the following terms and conditions provided by The Cat Residence Colombo.

1. Bookings & Confirmations

• All bookings are confirmed after written confirmation from The Cat Residence Colombo

• An advance payment of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation, the balance 50% can be settled when your cats arrive for their stay.

• We reserve the right to decline bookings if we believe your cat’s health or behavior could affect the safety of other cats or our team.
  

2. Cancellations & No-Show Policy

• Cancellations made up to 7 days before the planned date of arrival do not attract a penalty and your deposit will be refunded

• Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice will be charged 50% percent of the total service price. No refund will be made

• Rescheduling is allowed without charge if done more than 7 days before the planned date of arrival

• In case of no-show or last-minute cancellation on the day of arrival, the full amount is due
  

3. Health & Safety Requirements

• All cats must be in good health and free of contagious diseases.

• All cats must have completed their full course of vaccinations and have maintained up-to-date booster shots

• We reserve the right to refuse boarding for sick or aggressive cats

• All suites are subject to availability
  

4. Liability

• We take the utmost care of your cat, providing stress-free boarding with the highest standard of care. However, The Cat Residence Colombo cannot be held liable for unforeseen health issues, death due to natural causes, or emergencies beyond our control

• Veterinary care will be arranged if the need arises; All costs for veterinary care and costs associated with the provision of said care have to be borne by the cat owner
  

5. Personal Belongings

• You are welcome to bring items familiar to your cat such as toys, blankets, feeding bowls etc. to make your cats stay more comfortable. However, the Cat Residence Colombo is not responsible for lost or damaged items
  

6. Payment & Currency

• All prices are stated in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR)

• Payment can be made via bank transfer, cash, or other agreed methods
  

7. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions
